SPECIFICATIONS

To help us provide you with the best possible service, please provide artwork to us within the following guidelines: PDF file format preferred. Use the "High Quality" or "Press Quality" setting when creating your PDF. Also, include bleeds for any pictures or colors that print to the edge of the document. 95% of the time, this will be sufficient for printing. If any changes need to be made to files for printing, you must provide native files of your artwork in one of the following formats:

Adobe InDesign

Please provide "packaged" files, which includes fonts, all graphics used, and a InDesign file.

Adobe Illustrator

Convert all fonts to outlines and make sure PMS (Pantone) colors are correctly identified. Send in either .AI or .EPS file formats.

Quark

First "Collect for Output" all files which includes fonts, all graphics used, and a Quark file.
